SANDRA'S BIO

Massage Therapy is more than a career for me; it is a purpose. I am a firm believer in taking a holistic approach when at all possible. I graduated with honors from Orlando High Tech with an Associate of Science degree where we focused on medical massage as part of the healthcare plan. I founded Sandra's health Bar in 2008, and I have since been dedicated to continuing my education and providing my community with simple alternative ways to stay healthy.

With scientific studies showing the many benefits of massage therapy, including mental health, I am more determined than ever to raise awareness and help educate the public on the matter. What we once viewed as a luxury is in fact an essential part to our lifestyles and greatly enhances our quality of life.  Along with yoga and meditation, therapeutic massage has many significant health benefits and should be incorporated into your health plan.
